Small double room available in 3 bed house.

The room comes with a small double bed, wardrobe and other basics, blackout blinds, etc and you be welcome to make it your own.

10/15 minutes to cycle into town, bus links at the top of the road or more links a short walk away. Tesco extra a 3 min walk away, big shops a 7 min drive away.

House has a well sized garden, driveway for upto 3 cars and garage for bike storage.
There is plenty of communal space, a large lounge, a conservatory and I am setting up a communal study at the moment, which you will be welcome to use if you work from home and finally two bathrooms. I have a washing machine and heated air dryer. Fast Internet with good WiFi to the whole house.
Currently just myself and my dog (Evie)(hopefully you enjoy playing with dogs) that live here, I don't smoke, I like a good film or game night, I go climbing and walking a lot, so finding other outdoorsy people would be nice. Will be looking for a second lodger once one person is established, for 3 people (including myself) total.
