Room available in chilled house

Hello, I'm looking for a buddy/housemate to share my home in South Bristol.

I have a cosy room with a double bed available with a north=east facing window that overlooks the rear garden. This means it gets plenty of light in the mornings. It's currently furnished but any furniture can be moved or stored to suit.

When it comes to the rest of the house we have a shared living room, upstairs bathroom (with bath and shower), WC, Office (not pictured), Kitchen and rear Extension. The office can be shared if needed depending on work arrangements. I'm pretty flexible and I would you to feel at home here. There's also a hard standing shed to the rear of the property to store bikes etc.

Nearby we have two bus stops, both about 5 min walk down the road and there's enough off street parking for two cars.

A little about me: I'm an outgoing 29 year old man. I'm into gigs, festivals, queer events, camping/hiking and the gym. I'm a bit of a hippy (isn't everyone in bristol) so of course I have a few house plants. I like to host socials and BBQ's every now and then but the rest of the time the house is quiet and peaceful.

You: Preferably someone who has a similar lifestyle and outlook on life. Social and reasonably clean and tidy. Well behaved dogs would be considered but this is a case by case basis.

Any potentials would need to pass a vibe check and provide references. Please be able to come to house and have a social first before moving in.
