Sunny Double Garden Retreat

Welcome to my Bristol home, a bright spacious and comfortable semi-detached property featuring a private south facing garden.

Located near the Northern Slopes and creative Knowle West Media Centre, there are local shops and bus routes nearby going to the city (M1 metro bus) and airport (A4 air decker).

On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living space: kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher; dining area has a log burner; living room sofas and outdoor furniture are comfortable. Off the hall is a WC/utility room.

On the first floor, is your furnished double bedroom with blackout curtains. Off the landing is our shared bathroom, and also my bedroom and study. The house is tidy with a professional cleaning service.

- Vibrant North Street (Southville/Bedminster) is a 10min drive/cycle or 30min walk.
- Imperial Retail and Hengrove Leisure Centre are both a 5min drive/cycle or 20min walk away.
- On-street parking is free and easy.

You'll be sharing with me and my chill, friendly cat Monty. Sometimes my boyfriend Lee stays on the weekend. I've lived in Bristol 12 years and happy to share my local knowledge.
