Hi everyone, I’m Lydia (34), and I’m looking for someone to buddy up with long-term. I live in Knowle, not far from Bedminster, in a 3-bedroom house with a garden. My boyfriend and I recently separated, and he’ll be moving out in August so I’m hoping to find someone friendly, reliable, and tidy to share the space with.

The house has:

✨ A low-maintenance garden
✨ Upstairs bathroom + downstairs vanity room
✨ Central heating (I love a warm house in winter!)
✨ New electrics, renovated bathroom, and an updated bedroom
✨ A brand new kitchen being fitted mid-August
✨ A study room, which I’m hoping to finish by the end of the year—perfect for WFH!

Rent is £800 per month including bills. The available room comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, and ladder shelf.

I’ve got two super friendly cats, so animal lovers welcome 🐾

About me:
I’m an accountant, still studying for work, and I work from home a couple of days a week (usually Mondays and Fridays). I live a quiet and healthy lifestyle - no smoking, drinking, or drugs. I enjoy staying active: I play tennis, hike, go for walks, and I’m currently learning chess and Spanish. I also have a car, so I’m quite mobile.
