I have a cozy, small double room available for rent in my welcoming home. Currently, I share the house with another housemate who has been here a year, and I'm seeking another easy going individual to move in for up to 6 months who doesn't mind an occasional natter around the house.

The room currently has a desk, although there is an potion to replace this with a clothing rack if you wish. there is already pull out drawers under the bed and a built in cupboard for storage.

You'll have access to a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom. The house has a few social spaces, a dining area, and a kitchen bar. The social areas come fully furnished, with an option to work from home.

The area is peaceful and roomy, with a sunny garden that basks in sunlight until 8pm during the summer months. Parking is a breeze with a double driveway and bike storage in the side room.

All bills are included in the monthly rent, it also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, Now TV, Disney+, Prime, Netflix, and ultrafast Wi-Fi.

I have 2 kittens so am looking for someone who doesn't mind living with cats.

Located in South Bristol, the house offers excellent bus links to the city centre (M1), Gloucester Road (70), Bristol Airport (A4), and Bristol Temple Meads (73). Additionally, you'll find corner shops and takeaways just a short 5-minute walk away.

The room is available for up to 6 months only.
