I am looking for a professional or mature student to rent the room on a short term basis whilst my son is away studying.

I will be working away from home the majority of the time so it will feel like you have a place for yourself 🙂

The property is on a main road/bus route with the 🚍 bus stop less than 100 yards from the property and there is free on street parking outside if you do drive 🚘

Local shops and a Chinese takeaway are very nearby 🍛

Washing Machine, Air Fryer, Microwave and Kettle in property and available to use.

Gas and electricity is on a top up basis and is not included.

Maximum stay 3 months (possibly up to 6 months)
