I am moving out of my lovely room in my house share in Filwood due to my job taking me out of Bristol.

Looking for a friendly professional to take my space in a really characterful 2 bedroom house! The house has a separate living room with a sofa and large TV, as well as a separate kitchen/diner. Out the back there is a lovely garden space with a covered pergola and outside seating, perfect for the summer months!

You’d be living with Ella, a lovely 28 year old professional. We would love someone with a chilled out vibe who enjoys being sociable but also appreciates the need to have your own space now and again.

I’m happy to leave behind the following furniture for the bedroom:
-Double Bed Frame & Mattress
-Wardrobe
-Chest of Drawers
-Desk (but no chair)

However the furniture does not come as part of the agreement so happy to get rid of it before you move in if that’s what you’d prefer.

The house is located on a quiet suburban street with plentiful street parking if you have a car.

-45 mins walk to Temple Meads
-25 mins walk to Bedminster
-5 mins walk to an M1 Bus Stop (24/7 service to the centre)

Rent is £675 per month and bills come to around £125-150 depending on the season!
