Looking for a housemate! Double room in Knowle

Hey! My current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to join me in this lovely home we’ve shared for the past few years.

The house itself is great — bright, comfy, and in a brilliant location. The landlord’s really nice and super easy to deal with.

We’re right next to Redcatch Park, which is a lovely green space, and about a 20-minute walk from Temple Meads. It’s roughly 30 mins to walk into town, or you can hop on the bus right outside that goes straight into the centre or up to Clifton.

I've put both rooms up currently. I've been living in the smaller room for a few years but wanted to see what interest I get on both rooms before deciding whether I'd change over or not, just can’t list both! The larger room would be 750, let me know which you’d be interested in - or if both!

Both rooms are currently furnished, but we’re totally flexible — it came unfurnished so if you’ve got your own stuff, that’s no problem at all. We can easily swap things around or move furniture out (we’ll have a van when my housemate moves, so it’s all pretty easy to sort).

There’s a driveway with one parking space that we can take turns using, plus loads of free on-street parking right next to us as well. There’s also a big basement for storage if you need extra space.

Ideally looking for someone friendly that wants to be mates rather than just housemates! If I'm being specific, would be great to find someone that likes playing tennis or running as there's a tennis courts next door that I've been using with my housemate for a few years so would be great to keep it up.

Bills on top come to between £150 - £200 on top. Council Tax Band B.
