Room in BS4

Hello,

I'm buying a property in BS4 (very close to the M1 line) and I'm looking for a housemate/tenant.

The house is 2 bedroom house with a big garden and a spacious kitchen/living room. It's a new construction.
It's a close so not at all noisy.

The move in date could be earlier than 1st of December if needed.
The room can be unfurnished or partially furnished.

A bit about myself:

I'm a musician, community artist and singing teacher.
I've been living in Bristol for more than 10 years but
I'm originally from Italy.

I love reading (one of my favourite writers is Cormac Mccarthy) and watching movies.
I'm also a Shaolin Kung fu and Zen practitioner.
I’m looking for a person that is happy in a chilled house with some moments of sharing, without any pressure.
I’m sociable although sometimes I need some personal space, I’m respectful and sensitive.
