The house: spacious living/dining area, good-sized kitchen, downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom with shower, large garden, and a lockable bike shed. On-street parking right outside.
The room: furnished double with bed (under-bed storage), wardrobe with drawers, and bedside table.
Location: 25–30 min walk to North Street, 45 min to city centre.
Rent: £625 pcm (bills included)
Deposit: £625
Viewings: from week commencing 17th November
About me – I’m 33, and work for an engineering consultancy. I’m into cycling, running, tennis, pub quizzes, and getting out in my camper van. Easy-going and tidy, looking for someone laid-back and respectful.
