Large room near Arnos Vale

Council tax is Band B.
I’m looking for someone to love into to the main room of the house I live in. I originally move here with my ex but fell in love with the building so much I couldn’t leave.
I’m looking to move in with a likeminded individual who enjoys quiet and wholesome activities.
I do have a dog who is very sweet but does not get on with other animals so no pets unfortunately.
I often host DnD at this property but very rarely have parties.
I love to cook and I’m happy to cook for yourself whenever.
