The house: spacious living/dining room, good-sized kitchen, downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom with shower, large garden, and a lockable bike shed. On-street parking right outside.
The room: furnished double with bed, wardrobe with drawers, and bedside table.
Location: 25–30 min walk to North Street, 45 min walk or 15 min cycle to the city centre.
Rent: £500 pcm (bills approx. £100)
Deposit: £500
About me: I’m 33, work for an engineering consultancy, and I’m into cycling, running, tennis, music, pub quizzes, and getting out in my camper. Easy-going and tidy — looking for someone laid-back, clean, and respectful.
