Bills included room in lovely family home

Live in a small friendly family home. In the household there is 1 female (mom 39) 1 male (her son 20) and their family dog. Looking for a mature friendly student who would like their own space living in a nice home. Bathroom and Kitchen is shared. We’re both working professionals and enjoy sports such as netball, football & cricket, other fun activities and trivia games.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, trustworthy and respectful.

There is a large back garden and free on street parking. The area has plenty of lovely green spaces nearby and local shops. Bus stop 2min walk away. With the number 73 which goes to UWE via the to city centre.

Although we do not smoke. You are allowed to smoke and vape in the back garden. No drug use allowed in or on the property.

Your room has a single bed and large wardrobe/storage space. If preferred l, happy to replace the single bed with a double bed if you stay and pay for a minimum of 3months in advance.
