Room in cozy family home! All bills included

Live in a friendly family home. In the household there is 1 female (mom) 1 male (her son 21) and their family dog. Looking for a mature friendly person to live with. Bathroom, living room and Kitchen is shared. We’re both working professionals and enjoy sports such as netball, football & cricket, other fun activities and trivia games.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, trustworthy and respectful. You will have your own storage space in the kitchen and bathroom and are welcome to use all appliances. We’re also happy to provide bedding, towels and kitchen ware.

There is a large back garden and free on street parking.

The area has plenty of lovely green spaces nearby and local shops. Bus stop 2min walk away.

Although we do not smoke. You are allowed to smoke and vape in the back garden. No drug use allowed in or on the property.

Your room has a single bed and large wardrobe/storage space. If preferred I’m happy to replace the single bed with a double bed if you stay and pay for a minimum of 3 months in advance.

Short term stays for a minimum of 2 months are also welcomed.

There is a very friendly family dog, no other dogs or a cat allowed I’m afraid but no problem if you have a pet such as Guinea pig or hamster you would keep in your room.

There will be a refundable security deposit of £350 in case of any damage. If no damages this will be refunded in full upon vacating the property.
