Small Double in Quiet Houseshare (Mon-Fri)

Hello!
This is a small furnished double, with built in storage. The bed does have a mattress but it was photographed before it was on! The room overlooks the garden and is south facing, so it gets lots of sun right onto the bed when the weather is nice.

You have full use of all communal areas (lounge, bathroom, kitchen, garden).
My housemate (male, 31) and I (female, 43) are professional tradespeople (decorator and tree surgeon) so are generally pretty tired in the evenings and just tend to chill out and watch TV and films.
We both have partners who are sometimes over in the evenings, and often we stay at their places too.

We’re looking for someone friendly and considerate who likes being sociable but happy to do their own thing too. Preferably vegetarian ir vegan, or are ok to cook meat only occasionally.

The house is right in a direct bus route into the city centre and other places. It’s close to the Metrobus M1 line and it’s on the correct side of the city to access the airport.
