Double room available from April

1 of my housemates is moving out in April so looking for a new lodger.

Myself and the other remaining house mate are both quite active, gym, climbing, walking, etc. plus we have a dog (Evie) who lives with us. We cook together sometime, watch films, board games, etc.

The room comes furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, storage, etc. also has blackout blinds for a good night's sleep.

All bills, thats water, electricity, gas, internet, council, come to 70 a month when spilt. So total rent is £620 a month.

We have a driveway that can take 2 cars and plenty of free on street parking. Large garden, 2 bathrooms rooms (upstairs has a shower), communal lounge and a communal study/lounge (so 2 TVs if you want to watch something different or have some privacy), kitchen, conservatory.

Kitchen is fully equipped, large American style fridge plus we have an extra fridge freezer, so plenty of space there, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. All the utensils and crockery as well.

We have a washing machine and heated drying rack. Long term storage in the loft. Central heating on a daily timer so the house stays dry and warm.

Short cycle or walk into town, plenty of close bus stops as well. Close to redcatch park and victoria park.

Looking for a chill house mate to join the team, someone who likes to join in socially now and again would be nice.
