Double room available from April

1 of my housemates is moving out in April so looking for a new lodger.

Myself and the other remaining house mate are both quite active, gym, climbing, walking, etc. plus we have a dog (Evie) who lives with us.

The room comes furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, storage, etc.

All bills included, that's, water, electricity, gas, internet, council, etc.

We have a driveway that can take 2 cars and plenty of free on street parking. Large garden, 2 bathrooms rooms, communal lounge and a communal study/lounge, kitchen, conservatory.

Kitchen is fully equipped, large American style fridge plus we have an extra fridge freezer, so plenty of space there.

Short cycling or walk into town, plenty of close bus stops as well. Close to redcatch park and victoria park.

Looking for a chill house mate to join the team, someone who likes to join in socially now and again would be nice.
