Everything is brand-new and the property is very conveniently located opposite Broadbury Road Police Station, bus stop and convenience stores. There is a kitchen and a living room both with TVs and surround sound. Shared bathroom and downstairs toilet. Professionals preferred as I am out of the house all day. The room has a king size bed and a desk. WI-FI is very strong and fast. Not fully furnished yet but can be. Open to short stays as little as a week.
