King size room available in friendly house

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home – we’re currently 4 tenants (3 guys, 1 girl), including a couple who are the lead tenants. We’re a relaxed, sociable household who genuinely get on well while also respecting each other’s space and routines.

We all have a mix of interests – you’ll usually find us (respectively) playing guitar, making music, heading out for padel or football, or keeping active with the gym, swimming, cycling and running. Sundays sometimes involve a shared roast, and there might be a shared film or series together in the evenings.

We’re not generally a party house, though we do have some gatherings throughout the year – we’re mindful of each other’s needs and keep things chilled on weeknights (generally from 10pm–8/9am). Weekends are more flexible, but still respectful when coming in late etc.

The house runs really smoothly thanks to a cleaning rota that keeps things fair and the space clean and tidy. The kitchen is well set up with two fridge freezers, so you’d only be sharing with one other person, plus everyone has their own cupboard.

• 2 of us work from home, 2 work out of the house
• Free on-street parking right outside
• Secure space to store a bike
• Bus stops around a 10-minute walk away
• 2 gyms and a leisure centre nearby
• Bedminster & North Street about a 30-minute walk (great for coffee, food, and shops)
* Aldi is also a 15 minute walk from the house

We also occasionally have friends’ dogs staying over, so we’re looking for someone who is dog-friendly.

We’re ideally looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and happy to be part of a friendly household.
