Double room with en-suite in Mangotsfield

Single 23 year old recently bought her first house (new build in Mangotsfield) looking for someone to rent a room from me. I’m very tidy like my quiet time but also up for a laugh and a chat if we get along. Room is available no minimum/maximum term. House is nearly completed so not quite ready yet. Looking for some people to rent some rooms from me who I get on with. This house is strictly for professionals has a few local pubs and a Tesco and takeaways within a stone throw of the house. There is also a nice field nearby for walking in. I have a dog who lives with me part time but is very well behaved and friendly. Please get in touch if you feel this would be a good spot for you.
