I have a double room available for rent in a large house in Mangotsfield - The room is £600per calendar month non inclusive of council tax (Band B) and bills . This room is currently unfurnished due to ongoing renovation and painting. The room can come as it is or furnished upon request.

The house consists of:

A bathroom (with a shower, bath, toilet and sink)

The house is right next to the Bristol Bath cycle track, and the A1474 ring road.
There is a bus route nearby with very regular buses into town. Town is circa 30 minutes if you're driving. There are local amenities within 10 minutes, including a Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda Post Office, McDonald's etc.

I am a working professional. I have 2 additional housemates and I am looking for another professional or full time student who is tidy and easy to get on with. We are non smokers but don't mind smoking outside as long as you dispose of the cigarette butts.
