Your space would be the first floor and the loft. This includes 3 bedrooms for you (incl loft space), a living room and a large bathroom. We would be sharing the front entrance and the kitchen on the ground floor so we are looking for a couple who is tidy, clean and friendly (as we also are).

Hi guys, we’re looking for a couple to share our lovely house for 1 or 2 years, in Downed near Emerson Green (BS16 9HH). Rent is very affordable at £1,090 (council tax included) + bills (which are currently around £100 pppm). Our house is available from the beginning of March 2025.
Move-in date beginning of March (dates can be a bit flexible)

• Sorry, no pets as I am allergic

Area: It is 15 min walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, gym, supermarket, butcher etc. We also have a pub, post office, and Tesco Express within a 5 min walk.
15 min drive to the city centre, 45min by bus. Also, a 30min drive to Bath. (Plenty of on-street parking)
Quiet, friendly and family neighbourhood.

About us: Abbie (28) is a support worker, her work schedule is 9-5, for a young person’s homeless charity and works from home two days a week. She likes to read, gym, travel and spend time with family and friends.

Icaro: I am 29, from Brazil and work for a mental health charity, my work schedule is 9-5, and am also home two days a week. I grew up in Spain so speak 3 languages. I am an outdoorsy person but my main hobbies are surfing, camping and football.

Mostly we aren’t party people but do enjoy occasional drinks. Ideally, we are looking for a friendly couple of similar age with similar lifestyles, who are comfortable sharing the kitchen space and maybe share the odd meal but also respect each other’s privacy. Also, we appreciate our quiet space during the week.
