Double room in 3 bed house with garden

I have a large double room for rent in my 3 bed house in Staple Hill/Mangotsfield. It would be just the 2 of us as I'm keeping the 3rd bedroom as a spare for guests, which you're welcome to use too. I also have a friendly cavapoo so must love dogs (he doesn't shed). Will also accept dogs as long as introductions go well 🐶

I'm 32 and work mon-fri as an engineer. I love an evening in by the fire or drinks at the pub. My partying days are behind me so this isn't a party house, but I have friends over for dinner/drinks sometimes. On the weekends I'm usually seeing friends or on an adventure somewhere walking with Harvey (my pup). I'm not too bothered about age as long as we get along & have similar ways of living, that's most important to me. When you move in you're free to make the room your own, put pictures up or paint etc if you wanted 😊

The house itself has just been fully redecorated and recarpeted, brand new kitchen, lounge with log burner, bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a huuuge garden with a large greenhouse that you're welcome to use too. The garden also has a wood fired sauna and large fire pit.

Boring but important bits:
- The room is £625 including all bills
- Available after 22nd September, furnished or unfurnished
- Large double room (photo shows king-size mattress)
- Driveway parking space on a quiet road.
- Bus route to town 24 hours a day
