1 month short-term sublet / holiday rental

I am going to be away for 1 month and my flat in Staple Hill is available for somebody on a non-residential basis, suitable for somebody or a couple visiting Bristol for a short period of time e. g. for house-hunting or on a work placement. Dates are flexible from early October - mid November.

It's a lovely one bed first floor apartment with car parking off the main road. On the bus routes 49, 49x and 7. Very quiet and big green leafy views over the Bristol-bath cycle path.

This will not be a tenancy and instead the contract will be for a temporary / holiday style let rather than a residential contract.
