Large/double furnished room available from 1st December in friendly family home, with puss-cat!

We are looking for a mature minded professionals/PhD student who is friendly, clean/tidy and respectful who would fit in and enjoy our home! We enjoy food, theatre, creative allsorts, swimming, gardening and we recycle almost everything!

Shared living room, good sized kitchen (with dining table) and facilities, small bathroom and sweet garden with picnic table for outside eating! On street parking - permit required via Bristol City Council (not included in rent).

Rent includes council tax, utility bills and fast fibre wifi.

Montpelier train station is 7-8mins walk, connecting to Bristol Temple Meads and Clifton Down etc. Picton Street is 5 mins walk, Gloucester Road 10-15mins, St Andrews Park 10mins. City centre 20mins walk.

Sorry, no cats or dogs but other small pets considered.
