Comfortable double rooms in beautiful home

We are offering an all inclusive double bedroom in our lovely home, available for immediate occupancy.
We would love to find someone who is working or studying outside of the home although we do allow WFH one day per week.
This weekly price includes all bills.
Our home is equipped with spacious and bright, large and well-equipped kitchen/dining room large sitting room and two lovely clean bathrooms that are shared. We also have a south facing garden with seating and gorgeous views.
Our rooms are available on a rolling bi- weekly basis, with all bills included for £220 per week. There is ample parking on the street free of charge on weekends and evenings after 5pm. Bedding can be provided if required.
We ask our lodgers to refrain from having friends over However, for the right person can be flexible once we get to know you. We are a fun creative household and we do have fun sharing drinks and food at week ends however we keep it quiet from 10.30pm -7/30am during the week :)
We are hoping for someone sociable who also enjoys their own space.
Our home is very conveniently located just a short walk from the city centre, less than 15 minutes away. You'll also find a variety of bus routes, cafes, and shops on Stokes Croft just a few minutes walk from our house.
