Unfurnished sublet with beautiful view

Hi guys, we’re looking to sublet our lovely flat for a month in Montpelier/St. Andrews. It is 1000+bills. The flat is available for a short time only from mid August until mid September/ October (dates can be a little flexible)

Our flat is in a beautiful spot on top of the hill with a lovely view. It is near St. Andrews park, Gloucester Road, Montpelier station - shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, Asian supermarkets, Sainsburys and Tescos. Your special needs for good coffee, zero waste grocery, all be found very nearby!

Your flat is a bright unfurnished two double room with shower, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. My brother in law is taking over our flat so we can't leave the furnishing and decor behind ( and don't have pictures of when it's empty)

The living space is light filled and open-plan, with counter between the kitchen and the living room. The living room has lovely victorian window perfect for morning read. It is perfect for summer time when we get to let the wind flow with lots of light coming in.

We Ideally would like someone clean who would look after our flat.
