Hi I’m Tiffany! My current housemate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take her place and share this first floor flat with. I’d need to find someone who can sign on from the 13th September to keep the tenancy.
The room will be unfurnished unless you’d like to have any of the furniture shown in the photos. There’s also storage space, coat hooks by the entrance, and a washer/dryer.
We have parking spaces out front, for use on a first come first served basis.
I’m laid back, easygoing, openminded, and respectful of everyone. I work full time Monday to Friday and I’m very independent. I'm happy doing my own thing but also enjoy a friendly chat now and then. The only thing I ask is that we both keep the shared spaces (the kitchen/living area and bathroom) reasonably clean and tidy so they're comfortable for us both.
Rent is 597.50 per person per month, and bills (council tax band B, energy, wifi, and water) come in at £200-250 each per month (depending on energy usage which is usually higher in winter months).
