Double room available from March

Hello lovely Bristol people! We have a room available in montpelier from the 18th September. It's £550 plus bills (which usually average around £100 a month).

I'm afraid this is not wheelchair accessible. The deposit we are not sure about as the letting agency forgot to ask the tenant moving out for a deposit so I have listed it as the same as rent but be prepared it could be a month and half's rent (none of us can remember what we paid!)

We are Lauren and Lou (both early 30s). We are fairly quiet and chilled in the house and we all get along well and enjoy the odd meal together. We would love someone to join who fits our vibe. So get in touch if you're interested and say a little bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing :)

I am away at the moment so won't be able to reply that quickly at the moment. We will be doing viewings towards the end of Feb. There will be a some flexibility with move in dates.
