Lovely room with views over St. Andrews park available to rent from the start of September. It’s a 6 month rolling contract with 1 month’s rent as deposit up front (held in a deposit protection scheme). Private landlord, no agency fees.

The room is (an absolute steal) £470 pm, bills not included. Comes to about an extra £120 pm for bills/tax.

We’re looking for a new housemate, preferably female to balance out the house. We are 3 guys and 1 girl currently, between 24-30 and are looking for someone of a similar age. We’re all working professionals, we’re not accepting students due to council tax. We regularly cook together and have games/film nights as a house, and trips to the pub! We all enjoy the outdoors and sometimes go on walks and explore places outside of Bristol. We really value the community in the house and would be looking for someone to be a part of that, whilst also valuing everyone’s own space and time.

A bit about us - your housemates will be Lucy, Francis, Ellis and Nico. We share lots of hobbies/interests which range from cooking, climbing, music, gigs, games, art, hiking, camping, wild swimming and running. Francis is also looking to take up bowls.
