ABOUT US
We are a small community of 5 Christians living together in Montpelier. We’re right near Stokes Croft, St Werbergh's City Farm and 20 mins walk to the city centre. The house is also near St Andrews Park and the independent shops of Gloucester Road. The house has a large garden and we have been renovating the house so it's coming together nicely.
ABOUT THE ROOM
There is one room available on 1st April 2026 - rent includes all bills including council tax, internet, etc.

This bedroom is on the first floor with solid wood floors and window overlooking the city. Comes semi furnished as current housemate is leaving some of her furniture behind.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
As a house, we enjoy a weekly shared meal which we take turns cooking, and then the occasional movie night, games night, etc. Nothing quite as routine as other Christian community houses - we just like to connect and have fun together. Our home is a special, welcoming space. We do have a cleaning rota so each person has one job a week.

Personality wise, we’re a friendly, creative, musical, sporty bunch. Across the house, we're part of Woodlands Church and Broadmead Baptist. Three of us work in the charitable and creative media sectors.
Including our new housemate, there will be five of us plus our toddler in a large four storey, 6 bedroom Victorian house in the heart of Montpelier. There are three bedrooms that my husband and I and our two little girls use and three that we let out.
Our home is well soundproofed and the layout is well thought out, so we wouldn't expect the baby to disturb housemates - in case that's a worry for anyone.
Ideally our new housemate wouldn’t work from home - but if they did it would need to be only occasionally ie one day a week from their own room.
