Montpelier Room - House with balcony

My lovely housemate of six years is moving on and we are looking for someone spectacular to replace her!

Our place is located in Montpelier, Bristol and is on a quiet street. The house is Victorian and old so the room is fairly large and with high ceilings. There is also a shower en-suite in the room. The living room and kitchen are also very spacious, and the kitchen comes with an aga (it might take you a minute to learn how to cook on it if unfamiliar)

The house also includes a lovely balcony with views that stretch beyond Bristol. There is a garden which is shared with the basement couple below. There is a seperate bathroom (bath and toilet) and a seperate shower room (shower and toilet).

It is myself and my housemate (who is also the landlord) who live here and we are fond of our food and wine. Ideally this place would suit a female, thirty and onwards. Someone who works Monday to Friday (in full time employment like us), likes to drink and a non-vegan (if you are vegan/sober and are comfortable with meat/wine being in the house then please do express interest). It is crucial that the person replacing gets along with the two of us here. In terms of parking, you would need a permit, and be a relatively good driver as the street is incredibly narrow.

Rent is £600 per month plus bills which vary during the summer/winter. You will need to be in employment and have references.
