Hello!
We're looking for a new flatmate to fill my room in our lovely flat, as I'm moving out.
It's available from 1 April, but this can be flexible, to either a bit earlier or later than this date.
The room is a small unfurnished double, amazing views over Bristol, and is a stone's throw from Montpelier train station. The flat is really spacious, it's over 2-stories with 3 bedrooms (you'd share a bathroom with one other housemate as one room has an en-suite). We are just a short walk away from all of the cafes/pubs/restaurants on Stokes Croft/Gloucester Road, and the train service from Montpelier is great for getting to Easton/Lawrence Hill to go out there also. The flat is about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. There's space to store a bike in the communal staircase bit of the flat.
You'd be living with two housemates, Zack and Jenny. The flat is a really nice mix of being sociable (cups of tea together, dinner etc.), but also everyone is very respectful of everyone's space and downtime. Jenny works 9-5ish and Zack is a chef working a mixture of daytimes and evenings. We're looking for someone kind and sociable, who enjoys hanging out but is also happy to live with two people who have active social lives outside of the house.
We are looking for someone who would like to stay for a minimum of 6 months. The contract has recently been renewed on a 6 month rolling basis. It's a sublet (but on a permanent basis/as long as you want) so no deposit needed, but also you won't be on the contract for the house, in case that's an issue - we could switch around who is on the tenancy in the future.
