Hello!

Our housemate is moving out and we are looking for a flatmate to fill her room. The room is a generous double with an en suite in Montpelier, right near Montpelier train station. The flat is a spacious 2-storey flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We are just a short walk away from all of the cafes/pubs/restaurants on Stokes Croft/Gloucester Road, and the train service from Montpelier is great for getting to Easton/Lawrence Hill to go out there also. The flat is about a 20 minute walk from the town centre.

You'd be living with two sisters, myself (Sofia) and Liera. We are both sociable people who like going out but also enjoy being cosy and watching tv etc especially during the week/winter months! We both work Monday - Friday 9-5 (mixture of work from home and office), and are looking for someone who also has this kind of schedule (working completely from the office/other place of work is fine also). We are looking for someone kind and sociable to join our lovely flat, who enjoys hanging out but is also happy to live with two people who have active social lives outside of the house. Our house interests include climbing, union activism/left-wing politics and seeing live music.

The room is available from 5th June (we can try and be as flexible with this as we can!). We are looking for someone who would like to stay for a minimum of 6 months. There will be the possibility to extend the contract after this 6 month period. The room comes with a double bed frame but you will need to get a own mattress, and it also comes with a clothes rail . Some of the communal furniture will be leaving with our current flatmate (sofas, table in the living room) but we will be replacing these with something hopefully similar (and would be very open to flatmates who have a nice sofa they want to bring - though of course this isn't an expectation!).
