Absolute gem of a place, located a five minute walk from Stokes Croft, St Pauls and Montpelier.
I’ve been a tenant here for 6 years (hence the cheap price!) and am looking for a flatmate to join the two-bed apartment as my flatmate is moving in his gf.

You’ll be sharing with my super friendly housecat Lola and myself. The place is truly a home and whilst it is technically unfurnished, the communal areas are kitted out with everything you’d need to move in. My flatmate’s queen size bed/mattress/wardrobe are for sale if you need them.

The neighbours in the building (all flats are owned by the same great landlord) are friendly and are professionals of a similar age.

Your room is a cosy double - It can fit a wardrobe, a desk and a double bed but is rented as unfurnished. Its large sash window opens out onto the quieter streets of Montpelier and benefits from the afternoon/golden hour sunlight.
Strangely it looks smaller without furniture in it but has a lot of potential (and I loved living in it for 4 years or so!)

The flat itself is on the first floor (stairs - no lift) has a decent-sized sitting room, kitchen, and bathroom (with bath and shower).

We have shared access to a lovely gated garden out the front, where myself and some of the neighbours grow flowers and vegetables and enjoy a bbq together in the summer.

A little about me: I’m Alice and I’m a 31-year-old, creative professional. Love a glass of wine and a disco boogie but my wilder days are behind me. I love creating art, baking, and I have recently returned from backpacking around SE Asia.

A little about Lola: She is a 7 1/2 year old, friendly tuxedo moggie who can do tricks for treats. She’s totally my responsibility but it would be great to have another housemate who loves pets and is happy to feed her occasionally :)

Unfortunately at this time we wouldn’t be able to have any other pets.

A good connection is important and ideally I’m looking for a longer term housemate so plz check the flatmate preferences for further details and drop me a message!

Bills are around £120 month including wifi, energy, water, council tax and (band A)

The landlord will do background checks and requires the flatmate to be in employment and able to provide references.
