We are subletting out our homely, clean and peaceful one-bedroom studio flat. The flat is part of an award-winning eco-build and is warm and airy. Situated in the bohemian suburb Montpelier, you're a short walk away from many excellent shops, pubs and restaurants located in Stokes Croft, Gloucester Road, St Werburghs and Cabot Circus. Montpelier Station is also nearby, with trains running to take you up to Clifton and Redland.

The space
Our flat is on the second floor overlooking a sunny courtyard, it has a modern bathroom with a shower, a double bed, bespoke kitchen and living space with a large L shaped sofa. The flat is built to very high sustainability standards means that the flat is very comfortable and light with great air quality and stable temperatures.

Guest access
The flat is one of 4 flats in a communal block, which is part of a purpose-built community including 2 more houses, a front courtyard and a back garden. It's a very peaceful and quiet space and this must be respected by the tenants.

Other things to note
Better Foods, an organic health food shop, and other small shops are just at the end of the road for all essential food items.

No parties or loud music. No pets or smoking anywhere inside the front Courtyard or in the apartment. It's very important guests are respectful of our neighbours and we expect them to care for the flat as we do.

It's most suitable for a professional working couple but also for a single professional. Babies are welcome but there are no provisions provided (e. g. cot, high chair, changing table, etc.) so you must bring your own.

There is on-street parking available on a first come, first serve basis.
