Hey home searcher. I'm moving out and am looking for someone to replace me in my house share. The landlord is selling up so this is ad is for a two month stint until September 1st.
About the house: you'll be living with Maya, Valentina, Gabrielé and Julio, a lovely mix of professionals, students and artists. There is no living room as it has been turned into a bedroom but there is a kitchen and small paved garden for shared space. The location is excellent, being only a few minutes walk from stokes croft. The rent is super cheap with and bills are included in the price. The bed and mattress come with the room!
