I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy agreement preferably starting from August and the contract ends in April 2025.

It is a stunning 3 bedroom flat with a balcony and a shared living area. I share the bathroom with Victoria my flatmate and Alex our other housemate has an ensuite. The flat is in a great location, walking distance to the city centre and to Gloucester road. My room also includes an underground secure allocated parking space.

The room is unfurnished but I am selling my furniture if you are interested. Bills are not included in the rent however I have put a breakdown below of all the costs.
