Double Ensuite Bedroom Montpelier

Hi there,

Unfurnished, available from now UNTIL the 1st September only.

I have a ground floor ensuite double bedroom available immediately until the 1st September. Currently there has been a long-term tenant in this room but sadly they are now moving onto pastures new and I am planning to renovate the bedroom and bathroom in keeping with the rest of the house.

The room has a cupboard under the stairs for storage and a wardrobe if needed, though there is no bed or other furniture in the room. Therefore, this might be ideal for someone between house moves who needs a short-term option.

It is also important to note that this is a very dark room as part of the building backs onto a row of terraced houses, but it is cosy and all of our guests say they very much feel at home here. Which is a good time to mention we're proud 5* Superhosts on AirBnB (life-goals)

The house is a grade 2 listed building in a very quiet, tranquil area of Montpelier close to many amenities. I can also provide a on street parking permit if needed.

You will be sharing the house with the owner (myself) and a AirBnB guest. We also have a cleaner who comes in once a week.
