This is a ground floor large double room with ensuite, private hallway and walkin-wardrobe. This is a minimum let of 6 months.
The house is a grade 2 listed building in a very quiet, tranquil area of Montpelier (BS6) close to many amenities. The room itself is very dark and has minimal day light and might not be suitable for everyone. However it is very private and quite separate to the rest of the house. But you are more then welcome to use the communal spaces upstairs in the main living area where you will have your own cupboard space and fridge.
If you work remotely, I can also arrange for you to have a desk and ring light in your room if you wish.
You will be sharing the house with the owner (myself) and another guest.
