Montpelier double room SHORT TERM - August

Hey there,

My name is Gabrielė. I'm subletting my double room in a 5-bedroom shared Victorian house in Montpelier.

This is a short term sublet from 26th July - 1st September. Ideal for someone needing a place while looking for a long-term option:)

£500 with bills inc.

*No deposit, pets accepted (as long as they don't make too much noise at night), couples allowed if you're in for a squeeze;) *

Our house is a colourful home just next to Montpelier park and train station. There are 4 other flatmates, 2 guys and 2 women. All really chilled, friendly, artistic, musical, fun and smart. Cleanliness and peace appreciated.

My room is a double room that has a comfortable high bed, tall window with morning sunshine, wrapped in a gorgeous jasmine tree. It's on the ground floor, so you have a cosy private view to our garden area. There is a bathroom, kitchen, garden and a bike shed.
You'd have space in the fridge and the cupboard, and be welcome to also use my desk area in the room and have space to hang your clothes.

I am moving to another house next week, as this one is being sold and everyone sadly has to leave by the 1st if September. The room will be furnished, yet I'll be in contact with you about coming in and taking my things by the end of the month, we will arrange that together during the viewing.
