Montpelier is central Bristol 15mins walk from the bus station and the BRI. Lovely local shops on Gloucester Road, corner shops and an organic super market 5mins walk. Montpelier train station has a direct link to Bristol Twmpke Meads.

You will have a large space (approx 5m by 4.5m) with desk, sofa, double bed, chest of drawers and skylights looking over Bristol to the mendip hills.

We are a family of five, three children of school age, two already at secondary, one part way through primary, and we have a cat.

There is a shower room with skylight at the top of the house, next to your room.

We have had lodgers for 12 years, we share the kitchen, and provide you a microwave in your room.

We hope to find a friendly mature student/professional lodger, who is happy with the hustle and bustle of family life, but will have a room tucked away at the top of the house which, although within the family home, feels separate and private.
