Entire 3 bedroom house to rent from start of September-end of November (minimum)- no students ideally and renting house as whole property rather than individual rooms.

We are in the process of selling the house so there is potential to stay longer than 3 months but it depends on the sale of the house.

Beautiful house in the heart of Montpelier, fully equipped with everything you need. We have owned the house for 5 years so it is very homely and well looked after. There are 3 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and all fully furnished. The kitchen opens out onto a beautiful south facing patio garden with outdoor seating. The house is very close to the lively Stokes Croft but is situated on a quiet street away from the busyness.

Specifics of the house
• There are 2 very large rooms, and 1 that is slightly smaller but still a decent size with a window overlooking the garden
• Lovely south facing patio garden, with french doors opening out from the kitchen.
• Cosy living room with a flatscreen smart TV, comfy L-shaped sofa and a dining table.
• Additional front room on the ground floor with large windows and a lovely fireplace. This could be used as another living room/dining room/study.
• Fully furnished – double bed, desk, wardrobe/chest of drawers, storage (please ask about specifics in each room as the photos are not 100% representative)
• House is fully equipped with everything you need – kitchen appliances, furniture, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, gas hob

The area
Montpelier is a lovely place to live – only a short walk to the lively Stokes Croft with loads of bars/cafes/independent shops, but situated on a really quiet street. Lovely pubs nearby. Very close to Montpelier station (8 mins walk) with direct links to Temple Meads; 10 minutes to Tesco; 20 mins to Cabot circus/short walk to city centre

About you
• We are looking for 3 people to move into this house – renting as whole house not individual rooms so please only message if you have people to share with
• As we are selling the house we are looking for working professionals (not students) who are respectful of the property – we have recently had the whole house repainted so we’d like it to continue being in a good state to sell

Other things to note
Since we're selling the house, there will be a couple of people who need to attend the property during your stay but this should only be two visits.
As the landlord i will pop in about once a month to check in on some things, but i will always message to let you know first and give plenty of warning.
