Large Downstairs Double in BS6

Hi There

I’m looking for a new person to come and join our household. We are located in Montpelier BS6 very close to the train station and also to bus stops going towards the centre, and the other way towards UWE. A vibrant well connected area.

We are two girls, mum and daughter. I’m 42 she’s 10. I’m a self employed massage therapist and she’s at school, I work from home sometimes.

The room is downstairs by the kitchen and is large and sunny. We have internet and a lovely garden and you could store your bike In the room if that’s what you needed to do, as it’s spacious.

My daughter is great fun and chatty and is here just over half the time. We have two cats and they are quite shy and gentle, and adorable!

I’m open to who moves here, but I will be mainly considering most those who work away from the home, as I do massage therapy from here many days, and need quiet and peace for that. I would require a DBS check if possible, and references.

I would be happy to share meals and chats from time to time, so that the house feels like a friendly home for everyone. I enjoy cooking

We are looking for someone easy going and responsible, and friendly, and not a party head.

The bills are included at £150 per month
