Unfurnished double room available for a single professional in a friendly and tidy house-share, available from the 1st November 2024.

Our housemate will be moving in with his girlfriend so we are looking for someone to fit into our laid-back household of 3! The room itself is light, airy and situated at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The room comes unfurnished so you'll have the opportunity to make the place your own.

We share a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room with French doors opening onto a sunny back-space. The house is in a vibrant location in Montpelier, an equal distance between Stokes Croft and St Werburgh's and an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre. There are a number of convenience stores within 5 minutes walk including a Better Foods.

Montpelier train station is nearby, providing easy access to other areas of the city, Temple Meads and beyond. On street parking is also easy to find.

Bills over the past year range from £100-£150 pp/pcm

A bit about us:

Abi works for the NHS and enjoys a quiet night reading as much as she does out trying new things, including but not limited to: tennis, lino printing and life drawing.

I love cooking and experiencing new foods and work as a freelance illustrator in my free time. I relax with video games, movies and music and am content spending time by myself or out with friends.

We both appreciate a clean & tidy living space and are looking for an easy-going professional who complements our lifestyle.
