Small double bedroom in Montpelier

We have a small double room going in Montpelier start of November. Nice spaces all well kept with a cosy feel, including separate lounge, middle/dining room and kitchen. Some storage space in the attic, and a small garden. Bathroom on ground floor, with a little utility room including washing machine. Relaxed atmosphere looking for similar.
Small shops, good restaurants and pubs within a couple minutes walk. Really close to the city centre as well (10 minute walk).
We are both work daytime hours. Out most weekends, but pretty tame during the week
