My flatmate will be moving out at the end of November so I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in this modern garden flat situated on a quiet road on the border of Montpelier and St Pauls. I have been living here for 14 months now and love it! The flat is very close to Stokes Croft and St Werbergs, a 15-minute walk from the town centre and a 20-minute walk from Gloucester Road. The property is finished to an exceptional standard throughout and the accommodation comprises an entrance hall, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a modern fitted kitchen complete with appliances, two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. To the outside, there is a small courtyard garden to the rear of the property and to the front, there is a further courtyard garden. The property benefits from underfloor heating throughout and bike storage.
The room itself is an unfurnished medium-sized double room with a separate bathroom. Rent is £750 each a month excl. bills and council tax. The room is available from 1st of December for a 12-month contract. Bills will be split equally between the 2 of us and are roughly £135 each per month. This includes electricity/gas, council tax and internet (fibre).

- When I'm not working, I love going on long walks, going out dancing, watching films and lately I've been discovering embroidery.
- I'd love a friendly and responsible flatmate who I can be friends with and enjoy living with :). At the same time, I'm an extroverted introvert myself and will also respect your space.
