The room has a Queen sized bed with new bedding and towels, a large comfortable sofa and a desk and chair. Plenty of shelving and clothes hooks. A big soft new rug.

It has lovely leafy views onto the back gardens.

A kettle with tea and coffee and a water filter is also provided.

Very large well equipped kitchen/diner and modern bathroom.

I have my own living room at the top of the house.

I enjoy quiet evenings during the week and time with my family and friends at the weekend. I work as a Cafe manager 4 days per week.

Im looking for someone who is socially self sufficient, clean and tidy with a sense of humour. and some shared values.

Happy for you to have a couple of friends round but no overnight guests.

Location wise, I'm just 3 minutes walk to Montpelier Train Station which connects to Temple Meads in under 10 minutes.

Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft are 5 mins away and have all the shops, bars and foodie outlets you could possibly need.

Please note this is a Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday let only but you’re welcome to leave your belongings over the weekend as nobody else will be using the room.

On-street parking is available right outside, although I am in a Residential parking zone and a permit is required between 9-5pm. There is free parking around 3 minutes away.

Not suitable for regular working from home.
