Commuting is easy with no. 70 or the many buses on Gloucester Rd, cycle routes into the city (10 mins), or train from nearby Montpelier station.
Central Bristol is also walkable in 30 mins. Normally parking on street right outside house. A bright and quiet downstairs room in a council band C.

High-speed broadband, washing machine, fridge freezer, downstairs and upstairs toilets,
separate bathroom (with shower over bath).

There is no tumble dryer nor dishwasher.

Large back garden with view - trees, shrubs, many birds and squirrels , shed for bikes etc.

Prime location road opposite St Andrews park, the house is a short walk through the park to Gloucester road.
There are independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all 5-10 mains walk away.

The room is currently semi-furnished as in the photos.
At approx 4m x 5m , it's a spacious, comfortable and bright 'double bedroom'.
The bed of your choice, furniture etc will be arranged when we have found the right person for the room/household.
At the moment it's semi-furnished with a comfortable sofa-bed but there are other mattresses available.
If you like bring some of your own items of furniture.
There's a larger, plain porridge-coloured rug option.
It has a good 'black out' curtains and the original stained glass windows can also be shaded.
I currently have one housemate Max, 38, and we are both easy going and seek similar. Both of us like music, comedy and film, but not particularly football and sports. I appreciate live theatre and dance too. I am a "semi-retired" performer in the arts and entertainment world.
We are easy going and keep the communal spaces clean and tidy.
