This room is currently occupied, but will be available 1st February. There is also a possibility of renting another room here, which could be shown/discussed when seeing the room/house in person.
Commuting is easy with no. 70 or the many buses on Gloucester Rd, cycle routes into the city (10 mins), or train from nearby Montpelier station.
Central Bristol is also walkable in 30 mins. Normally parking on street right outside house. A quiet room with gorgeous sunset views over the neighbourhood.

High-speed broadband, washing machine, fridge freezer, 2 separate toilets and bathroom (with bath and shower).

There is no tumble dryer nor dishwasher.

Large back garden with shed for bikes etc.

Prime location road opposite St Andrews park, the house is a short walk through the park to Gloucester road.
There are independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all 5-10 mains walk away.

Spacious, comfortable and bright double bedroom: Your room is furnished with a bed/mattress, TV, armchair, huge wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table, IKEA storage cubes. It is fully carpeted.
Old-style writing desk and office chair are optional.

I love cats. I have had a housemate who had a cat here before (and I miss them). Current housemate has no cat and leaves the end of next month. I am easy going and seek similar .
I am an ex-performer in the arts and entertainment world who has had a widely travelled and varied career. I am now 'semi-retired' and looking forward to my next chapter in life :-)
It is a quirky 1930's house with original features.
I am easy going, clean and of course I try my best to keep the communal spaces Clean and tidy for all.
