Central Bristol is also walkable in 30 mins. Normally parking on street right outside house. A bright and quiet downstairs room in a council band C.

High-speed broadband, washing machine, fridge freezer, 2 separate toilets and bathroom (with bath and shower).

There is no tumble dryer nor dishwasher.

Large back garden with trees, shrubs, many birds and squirrels , shed for bikes etc.

Prime location road opposite St Andrews park, the house is a short walk through the park to Gloucester road.
There are independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all 5-10 mains walk away.

The bed of your choice will be arranged when we have found the right person for the room. you might like more 'space' and go for a large single or small double.
At the moment he room is semi-furnished with a comfortable sofa-bed, but you may request other items from in the house, or bring some of your own.
So, for now your room is semi-furnished with a TV, small table, fish shaped mirror, double sofa-bed, large low-rise mahogany table, some lamps, bright Habitat rug on pine floorboards.
There's a slightly larger plain rug available too.
I have one housemate Max, 38, and we are both easy going and seek similar. we like music, comedy and film, but not particularly football and sports.
I am an ex-performer in the arts and entertainment world who has had a widely travelled and varied career. I am now 'semi-retired' and looking forward to my next chapter in life :-)
