I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy by early January, but it is available as soon as possible. The room is available until the end of June 2025. It is £812 per month including all bills and is paid for already up to the end of the year, so you would just need to pay for January - the end of June. Lovely bright double room in Montpelier, near Gloucester Road and Stoke’s Croft with a garden, with 2 others and a spare study room.

Hi I’m Rosa (23) and I moved to Bristol last September to start a PhD in Chemistry and I am now looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am moving in with my boyfriend. I have lived with my lovely housemates Ewan (23) who has just finished his Master’s and Michaela (25) who is also doing a PhD since I moved to Bristol. We are really great friends and enjoy cooking together, going to the pub, and movie nights and I am looking for someone friendly who would fit in well with them.
