There are 3 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and all fully furnished. The kitchen opens out onto a beautiful south facing patio garden with outdoor seating. The house is very close to the lively Stokes Croft but is situated on a quiet street away from the busyness.

• There are 2 very large rooms, and 1 that is slightly smaller but still a decent size with a window overlooking the garden

• Additional front room on the ground floor with large windows and a lovely fireplace. This could be used as another living room/dining room/study.

Montpelier is a lovely place to live – only a short walk to the lively Stokes Croft with loads of bars/cafes/independent shops, but situated on a really quiet street. Lovely pubs nearby. Very close to Montpelier station (8 mins walk) with direct links to Temple Meads; 10 minutes to Tesco; 20 mins to Cabot circus/short walk to city centre
Other things to note
Since we're selling the house, there will be viewings throughout your stay - hopefully this shouldn't be too many as we are hoping to sell soon. The estate agents have keys to the property so you don't need to be in the house.
As the landlord i will pop in about once a month to check in on some things, but i will always message to let you know first and give plenty of warning.
