Double Room in Top Floor, 2 Bed Flat

Double bedroom available in top floor/roof flat in St. Andrews/Montpelier. Two bedroom flat, living room and kitchen are one in open space with seperate bathroom. It's a small flat, quiet and in a nice area of the city.

I'm a pub manager so spend little time in the flat, I enjoy being sociable when at home but also like my rare time off to escape and happy with someone who also likes to keep themselves to themselves.

The flat is furnished and the bedroom can come unfurnished or with bed and wardobe if need be. The room is open to anybody who is interested, but this is a smoke free, pet free flat.

My friend is leaving Bristol for work purposes so his room will be available from the !st February.
