Recently refurbished room in Montpelier, inc bills

Hi all, I have a lovely double bedroom to let in my 2-bed flat near Gloucester Road/Montpelier Station for between 8-10 months.

I've been busy repainting since moving in about 6 months ago, so the flat is refurbished and looking nice. The flat itself consists of one other bedroom (mine), along with a shared bathroom, patio/garden and living room with a fantastic view out across Bristol.

The location is great, being just 2 mins from Montpelier Station and 5 mins to Gloucester Road. Other nearby spaces within a short walk include St Andrews Park and St Werburghs city farm.

There's free parking on the surrounding roads and, while these can be busy, it's usually possible to find a space nearby.

The rent includes all bills, to keep things simple.

A bit about me, I'm Ben, 32 year old guy who works in professional services in central Bristol. I like a beer and an occasional run during the week (keep threatening to run a marathon this year). I'm also often travelling back and forth to London, where my girlfriend is based.

The property would therefore suit a professional looking for somewhere that's calm and is close to amenities/transport links, who will also keep the place clean and tidy.
