Description
Hey! i'm jazz
I'm looking for a lovely new tenant to live with me in a 2 bed montpelier flat.
My currently housemate is moving away so i'm looking for someone to move in end of February. We've been living happily here for a few years now, it's in such a great location on Picton Street, and super easy to get around with lots of food and drink places also right around the corner.
About me
I'm a freelance full time illustrator and designer. I am super creative and always love meeting likeminded people, or just anyone open minded and enjoys life. I'm active, so train a lot in the evenings, I work in my studio during most daytimes but occasionally from home also. I'm open minded and laid back, love r&b, neo soul, and meeting new people.
About the property
The property is split over two floors, there's 2 bedrooms downstairs, and the communal areas upstairs. It's technically a flat, however we have our own independant entrance street level, and multiple floors so it feels more like a small house! I have lots of plants and a sofa currently in the space- there will be room for another if you would like to bring one. Otherwise the flat is pretty furnished. If you drive you can apply for parking permits on the street- there is not one specific space allocated. It's a 4 minute walk to montpelier train station, a minute away from Gloucester road and all the main bus routes.
The bedroom comes with the bed (and a wardrobe if you would like). It faces the back of the house so is much quieter and gets good light throughout the day.
Bills come to roughly £100-130 per month. The property is managed by a letting agent who are really reliable and organised.
Council Tax Band A
Looking for.. :)
So it's just me who currently lives there, and I'm looking for someone who is happy to make use of the communal areas, chill, watch movies with me in the eves from time-to-time, and co-live nicely together! I have no preference for someone who wfh or not, whatever works! A lot of the belongings in here are mine, so generally just good respect for the space and tidy ofc ;)
There's a few requirements from the landlord:
new tenant must have a full time job, earning in advance of £21k per year. They must also be able to provide a UK homeowner guarantor, earning in advance of £24k. If you can't provide this unfortunately we can't accept you.
Drop me a message if you wanna know any more, or would like to see the house. Or even just go for a coffee and chat more!
